“In the year of our vengeful Lord, thirteen hundred and ninety five, the Black Death swept through our cities like a merciless wave–killing any and all in its path.
Hearing tales of a manor just outside the city, a safe haven for those untouched by the plague, we fled to its doorstep–only now we suspect this place a house of horrors...”
FEAST OF FLESH is a horror walk-through set during the height of the Black Death ravaging England.
-
Few remain untouched by the plague, and those who have are fleeing the city walls for the countryside. Having heard tales of a safe haven for survivors, your group finds itself at the doorstep of Lady Mab’s Manor. The once regal home, now overgrown, leaves a sense of dread in your stomach—but anything is safer than where you’ve come from, right? You quickly realize this isn’t a safe house but a feeding house! Its mad inhabitants, regal sisters, Ladies Morte, Mab, and Elaine, are using the house to lure those untouched from the plague to feed their insatiable hunger for human flesh. Guests race to navigate through this house of horrors, facing each of the morbid mistresses in hopes they won’t end up the next main course.
Feast of Flesh was a project created for the 2022 Haunt Comp—sponsored by Knott’s Berry Farms—with my teammates Alyssa Phillips, Jen Wagner, and Chris Thompson. Our project won First Place Overall Winning Design as well as Best Visual Development and Best Writing. My responsibilities for the project were: Character Design, Key Concept Art, Scriptwriter, Keynote presentation, Sound mixing, final presentation Video Editor.
